We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
Items sold as clearance or promotional stock
Hygiene-related products (e.g., yoga mats, gloves) once opened
Custom or special order products
To initiate a return:
Contact us at support@wholesale.center or WhatsApp +971589522117 within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged).
Our team will review the request and provide approval with return instructions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
If the item is not eligible for a refund (damaged, missing parts, or used), we will notify you.
If you receive a defective or wrong product:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.

نقبل إرجاع المنتجات وفقًا للشروط التالية:
أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وفي التغليف الأصلي وبحالة قابلة لإعادة البيع.
يجب تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال 7 أيام من استلام المنتج.
يجب تقديم إثبات الشراء (فاتورة) مع الطلب.
المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع:
المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو تعرضت للتلف من قبل العميل
المنتجات المباعة ضمن عروض أو تصفيات نهائية
المنتجات المتعلقة بالنظافة (مثل: السجاد الرياضي، القفازات) بعد فتحها
الطلبات الخاصة أو المنتجات المخصصة
لإرجاع المنتج، يرجى اتباع الخطوات التالية:
قدم رقم الطلب، سبب الإرجاع، وصور واضحة للمنتج (في حال وجود تلف).
سيقوم فريقنا بمراجعة الطلب وتزويدك بالتعليمات الخاصة بالإرجاع.
يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن للإرجاع إلا في حالة استلام منتج معيب أو غير صحيح.
نوصي باستخدام خدمة شحن قابلة للتتبع.
رسوم الشحن المدفوعة عند الطلب غير قابلة للاسترداد.
بعد استلام وفحص المنتج المُعاد:
في حال الموافقة، سيتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 7 – 14 يوم عمل.
سيتم رد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية.
إذا لم يكن المنتج مؤهلاً للاسترداد (تالف، مستخدم، مفقود أجزاء)، سيتم إخطارك بذلك.
إذا استلمت منتجًا معيبًا أو خاطئًا:
أبلغنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع تزويدنا بصور/فيديو كدليل.
سنقوم بترتيب استبدال المنتج أو استرداد كامل المبلغ بما في ذلك تكاليف الشحن.
لا نقدم حاليًا خيار الاستبدال المباشر. يمكنك إعادة المنتج (إذا كان مؤهلاً) وتقديم طلب جديد.
