Items sold as clearance or promotional stock

Hygiene-related products (e.g., yoga mats, gloves) once opened

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

3. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

If the item is not eligible for a refund (damaged, missing parts, or used), we will notify you.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective or wrong product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.
