1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

• A valid proof of purchase (invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

• Items sold as clearance or promotional stock

• Hygiene-related products (e.g., yoga mats, gloves) once opened

• Custom or special order products

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

• Contact us at support@wholesale.center or WhatsApp +971589522117 within 7 days of delivery.

• Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged).

• Our team will review the request and provide approval with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

• Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

• If the item is not eligible for a refund (damaged, missing parts, or used), we will notify you.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or wrong product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

• We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.
